Our Mission

In view of this our vision and our mission is to offer a launch pad for youngsters searching for jobs in IT industry. Our prior focus is on quality training thus providing skilled manpower in this sector.

Our recruitment survey has revealed the fact that the various business motives of training companies across our country has negatively impacted the standards of IT training. As a result we face a shortage of skilled manpower. lot of IT graduates and IT aspirants are misguided, and are not trained properly to meet the needs of the IT industry, thus creating a mass of unskilled manpower which in turn becomes a dangerous phenomenon for our country economic growth. It has been found by expersts that ony 20% of our graduates are ready to take up professional jobs, as they are unskilled.

The current trend making our youngsters unskilled, will lead to a lack of quality manpower for tomorrow. We strongly believe that India’s future economical growth relies on the quality and the availability of skilled manpower. Our mission is overcome such catastrophic phenomenon and thus help individuals as well as our country to attain a better growth and dream of a better future.
